Kate Osman, LMSW

Seeking help can be scary, and even healthy relationships take work. In my work with individuals, couples or families I always try to empathize with how hard it can be to find balance, to communicate effectively, to feel heard and understood. I’m here to support that work in whatever way I can and to make the journey as enjoyable as possible.

~ Kate, Couples, Marriage & Family Therapist
